FAQ’S

Explore our FAQs to learn more about how Click Collect Clothes works, what we collect, and how your donations are processed after collection.

If you want, I can also tailor it to match your homepage wording exactly so everything feels more unified across the site.

Click Collect Clothes is a simple home collection service for unwanted clothing and textiles. You book a collection online, bag up your items, and we collect directly from your door.

We accept clean, dry, and reusable items including:

  • Clothing (adults’ and children’s)
  • Shoes (paired)
  • Accessories such as bags, belts and hats
  • Soft textiles like bedding, curtains and towels

Please ensure items are in a condition suitable for reuse or recycling.

We’re unable to accept:

  • Wet, heavily soiled or contaminated items
  • Duvets and pillows
  • Carpet, rugs or large household furnishings
  • Electrical items or hard plastics
  • Rubbish or non-textile waste

If you’re unsure, it’s best to leave it out.

We ask that all donations are clean and dry before collection. This helps ensure items can be reused or processed efficiently.

There’s no strict minimum. Whether it’s a single bag or a full clear-out, we’re happy to collect.

Once you’ve booked:

  1. Pack your items into bags or boxes
  2. Leave them in a safe, accessible place on your collection day
  3. Our driver collects them from your doorstep

Simple, contact-free, and convenient.

Collected items are sorted and graded. Wearable items are reused or resold, while textiles that can’t be reused are recycled into new materials wherever possible to reduce landfill waste.

No — as long as your items are left in the agreed safe place, we can collect without you being present.

If your collection is missed, you’ll usually be able to rearrange a new date through your booking confirmation or contact support.
