Unfortunately, we’re unable to collect:
- Wet or heavily soiled items
- Torn or heavily damaged clothing
- Mattresses
- Duvets or pillows
- Carpets and rugs
- Furniture
- Electrical items
- Household appliances
- Food or perishables
- Hazardous materials
- Building materials
These items can’t be processed through our collection service and should be disposed of through your local recycling or waste facilities.

To help us collect your items quickly and efficiently, please:
- Place all items into securely tied bags.
- Ensure everything is clean and dry.
- Pair shoes together.
- Keep sharp or fragile items out of donation bags.
- Have your bags ready before your scheduled collection time.
